Cancellations

All bookings are final. We are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant (subject to suitability and our approval) up to 14 days before the start date.
If the organisers are required to cancel or postpone the event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other external costs incurred.
