A psychotherapeutic writing programme.

The Bone Project blends writing, therapy and embodied practice.

Through carefully guided writing exercises, open dialogue and readings from literature, philosophy and theory, each session weaves together creativity and self-enquiry, offering tools to connect more deeply with our own lived experience.

This writing programme is about going bone deep and inviting language where there was once only feeling.
